Kivitasku is a good choice for a cottage holiday in Finland at any time of the year. The villa is beautifully situated by the clean-watered Lake Härkäjärvi, which is rich in fish. Its location on the east side of the point means that the villa enjoys morning sun from the lake.
Kivitasku can accommodate up to eight persons: the cottage has two bedrooms, a pull-out bed for two in the upstairs hallway and a sofa bed in the living room. The cottage also features a fully-equipped kitchen, wood sauna, toilet, washroom, balcony and terrace. The roofed terrace is a great place to cool down after going to the sauna. After enjoying the hot steam, a refreshing swim in Lake Härkäjärvi also feels wonderful – the private beach is only 20 metres from the villa.
The beach has a gently sloping sand floor that is well suited for children. The garden also features a cosy campfire site suited for cooking sausages or fish over the fire. Lake Härkäjärvi is rich in fish: in addition to pike, perch, bream, zander and roach, the lake also boasts powan and vendace. The cottage has a rowing boat, net, fish trap and other fishing equipment available for your use.
Kivitasku and Hiidenkivi have the same floor plan and equipment level. They are located some 250 metres from one another, enabling a few families or a large group of friends to spend a holiday together quite conveniently. Pets are also welcome!
