Cottage Tervapääsky offers a spacious setting for a holiday by the lake with a countryside atmosphere. All year round. In summer you can enjoy besides the main house also the big garden with patio, playhouse, lea and grove, and the private beach sauna with a jetty.

A top ranked 9-hole golf course and a traditional summer dance hall are situated on a walking distance from the cottage. Still they are situated far enough o secure the tranquility and the peace of nature around your holiday home.

In wintertime we recommend you to enjoy typical Finnish winter activities on the frozen lakes such as cross-country skiing and ice fishing. There is a lighted cross-country ski trail just 3 km away.

The cottage itself is steeped in an old-fashioned cottage-style, but the facilities are modern with free WiFi an a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor of the cottage is a very open solution with kitchen, dining room and living room creating one spacious room with a wood-heated baking oven in the middle. Besides that one bedroom, sauna (electrical), bathroom, toilet and dressing room are situated downstairs. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and an aula with two beds, a sofa set and a tv. The main cottage is situated some 90 meters from the beach.

Next to the private beach there is a sauna building with a traditional wood-heated sauna and a small dressing room. This sauna is not in use during wintertime, but from the mid of May till late October, sometimes even till the mid of November, you can enjoy the soft heat of this sauna. The beach is child friendly and the water is clean and clear. The beach is shallow but the water at the end of the jetty is deep enough to swim in. The bottom of the lake is natural sand and for the smallest children there is a small sandy beach near the jetty.

Lake Mallos is rich in fish. You can fish pike, perch, zander (pikeperch) and bream. In spring, summer and autumn by spinning or line and hook, and in winter time with traditional ice fishing equipment.

Prices from: 1020 euros/week and 420 euros/weekend. Final cleaning: 110 euros. Rent prices includes 6 ready-made beds and 6 towels. Extra set of sheets and towels costs 18 euros. Also pet fee is included in the rent price.
